Aline’s new agentic intake turns request workflows into active AI-powered processes. Instead of just collecting information and waiting for teams to manually triage it, Aline AI reads the intake, reviews attached vendor materials, decides what work is needed, completes low-risk steps, and routes higher-risk items to the right legal, security, privacy, compliance, or procurement owner.
- Agentic intake from the start:Intake forms capture the facts AI needs to take action, including vendor purpose, system access, personal data sharing, due dates, and supporting contracts or policies.
- AI executes workflow tasks:Aline AI can read intake responses and documents, analyze the request, leave task comments, complete tasks, or assign human reviewers based on your instructions.
- Automated risk-based triage:Low-risk requests can move forward automatically, while privacy, security, or legal reviews are triggered only when the intake or documents indicate they are needed.
