Checkboxes in AlignSign
You can now add checkboxes
 to any document sent through AlignSign. Use them to capture product selections, acknowledgements, consents, or any structured choice directly on the page.
Each checkbox group supports minimum and maximum selection rules
, so during signature validation you can require that a signer checks off at least one option—or several—before completing. Signers can tick boxes right in the document or from the side-panel outline, making even complex agreements simple to complete correctly.
Deduplicated, Unique Contract Types & Parties
Aline's AI now enforces true uniqueness
 across contract types and parties in your workspace. Previously, the AI could occasionally register a duplicate entity; that's no longer possible. Your list of contract types and parties stays clean, consistent, and trustworthy—so reporting and organization reflect reality.
Smarter Parent–Child Agreement Detection
As we prepare parent–child detection for general availability, we've meaningfully improved its accuracy. Aline now better recognizes self-referencing agreements
 and correctly maps parent–child relationships within a single consolidated file
—for example, a master services agreement bundled together with its statements of work. Those relationships surface automatically so you always see how your agreements connect.
More parent–child improvements are on the way as we move toward general release.
