- What specific types of documents do you frequently need to perform a global find and replace on?
- Are there any particular fields or sections within the documents where this feature would be most beneficial?
- How often do you anticipate using the global find and replace feature in your workflow?

Brent Farese Hey! It would be less in workflows and more in just stand-alone draft documents where I am editing or drafting. If I'm bringing language over from a template or clause library, the defined terms may not fit. For examples, the customer template may use "Client Data" and our clauses use "Customer Data". I would need to completely replace all uses of Customer Data to ensure it fits within the client form. I suspect you could use the AI features, but I've always used a global find and replace.
